Whenever you have an issue with a device that is causing distress, there's no need to find someone to help. You don't have to worry about how much it will cost.  Its this simple, Just Call.

When you call, we will record your name and phone number in case the call is disconnected. I will inquire about the activity you were engaged in when the device began malfunctioning, as well as the current issues you need assistance with. Additionally, I will ask what troubleshooting steps you have already attempted. If necessary, I will request further details such as the device's model number, recent updates or downloads. I will ask you to power off completely for 30 sec, and turn back on.

"Hello, I’m Shy, the founder of Power-On IT Express. My mission has always been to empower others through technology—a journey that began 40 years ago with MS-DOS. Since then, I’ve transitioned through various roles in engineering, marketing, and customer service, while pursuing every computer science course available.
I am a lifelong learner dedicated to optimizing performance and solving complex IT challenges. Beyond building computers and hardware upgrades, I am a developer at heart; I build websites using only code, develop Android apps, and architect relational databases in SQL. My expertise even extends to modern lifestyle tech, like custom home entertainment upgrades for friends, family, and clients.
What truly sets my approach apart is my foundation in service. I spent a year as the President of a non-profit dedicated to supporting others through peer groups, and I have learned the art of peer support through Peer Support Specialist certification training. This allows me to bring a rare level of empathy and patience to the technical world, ensuring that whether I’m tweaking a system for peak performance or solving a coding bug, my focus remains on the person behind the screen."
